Account & Data Deletion – Yacht Club Yoga App

Yacht Club Yoga respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal data.
If you have created an account in the Yacht Club Yoga mobile app, you may request deletion of your account or deletion of specific data at any time.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

Deleting your account removes your profile and associated personal data.

1. Open the Yacht Club Yoga app

2. Tap your Profile icon

3. Select Account Settings

4. Choose Delete Account and follow the prompts

Option 2: Request deletion of specific data (keep your account)

You may request deletion of certain personal data without deleting your account.

Examples include:

• Profile information

• Saved preferences

• Class or booking history

To request partial data deletion:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request – Yacht Club Yoga App

Please include:

• Your full name

• The email address linked to your account

• The data you would like deleted

Option 3: Request account deletion via web

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request full account deletion by email.

What happens when data is deleted

Once confirmed, the requested data will be deleted or anonymised where applicable.
Some information may be retained only if required for legal, tax, payment, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Requests are processed within 7 business days.
