Join us for a rejuvenating morning of Yoga on the beach, Breathwork, and Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) designed to calm your mind, strengthen your body, and connect you with nature. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the water, this experience is for everyone! No experience required.

What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a grounding Yoga session on the beach, focusing on balance and breath to prepare your body for the SUP adventure ahead. Next, we’ll hit the water where you’ll receive step-by-step guidance on the basics of Stand-Up Paddleboarding — from getting on the board to paddling with ease. Enjoy the tranquility of the water as we paddle, practice breathwork, and even indulge in a peaceful savasana on the board.
