Lorraine Magasanik has been teaching Pilates since 2010 and is passionate about helping people move mindfully, safely, and with joy. With a deep understanding of the mind–body connection, she specialises in small group and private sessions, creating tailored programs that support each person’s unique needs and goals. Lorraine believes Pilates is a powerful practice for every stage of life, helping us stay connected to our bodies as they change. She is dedicated to empowering her clients and fostering a warm sense of community in every class.
Mat Pilates
Build strength, stability and body awareness in this mindful Mat Pilates session. Guided by breath and controlled movement, the class focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture and supporting healthy, balanced movement throughout the body.
