Emma Strembickyj

Emma Strembickyj is a yoga teacher and movement guide who discovered yoga in her twenties after training as a ballet dancer. Drawn to the freedom of movement without performance, she found yoga offered a pathway inward—through breath, meditation, and mindful movement. Having navigated her own long journey of healing and reconnection, Emma now shares practices that support softness, self-worth, and transformation. Her teaching invites people to meet themselves with compassion, curiosity, and a little lightness along the way.

Himalayan Breath Work & Kriya Yoga

Discover the transformative power of ancient Himalayan breath and meditation practices designed to awaken energy, clear the mind, and reconnect you to your inner stillness. Through guided pranayama (breathwork), kriya techniques, and meditation, this session gently works with the body’s energy system to release tension, cultivate clarity, and deepen awareness.

Expect rhythmic breath, moments of quiet reflection, and simple yet powerful practices that help shift the mind from busy thinking into a calmer, more centred state. Suitable for all levels, this is an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, and experience the subtle yet profound effects of traditional yogic breathwork.
