Hugh Lee is the founder of Breath of Heart, a Yin Yoga and meditation teacher based on Victoria’s Surf Coast. For over a decade he has shared practices that integrate Yin Yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and Taoist philosophy. Hugh leads teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops across Australia, offering grounded and practical approaches to cultivating presence in everyday life.

In this session, Hugh will explore how mindfulness can be applied in everyday life, especially during moments of stress or overwhelm. He will share simple awareness tools and explain the what, why, and how of mindfulness practice. The session will conclude with a guided mindfulness meditation, offering participants a direct experience of the grounding and clarity that mindful awareness can bring.

A quiet, grounding practice combining gentle yin postures with guided Yoga Nidra.
This session invites you to slow down, soften, and spend time in stillness, grounded in meditation and mindfulness, gently returning to the body and present moment.
Hugh’s teaching is simple, spacious, and deeply felt, creating an environment where you can rest more fully than usual and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of daily life.

You’ll be guided into longer-held shapes, followed by Yoga Nidra, offering a space for deep rest and integration.
