Justine Davis is the co-founder of Yacht Club Yoga in Port Melbourne and the founder of Eco Yoga Retreats, hosting immersive retreats in Samoa that weave together yoga, ocean connection and cultural experience.
Raised on the Abrolhos Islands in Western Australia, Justine has always felt a deep connection to the sea. This relationship with water has shaped her teaching and inspired her exploration of Blue Mind — the science-backed understanding of how being near water supports calm, clarity and wellbeing.
Her teaching blends Hatha yoga, breathwork, myofascial release and slow, mindful movement, guiding students to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with their bodies through calm, intentional practice.
Justine is also the creator of Ocean Flow, a style of movement inspired by the rhythm of the ocean.
Ocean Flow
The Second Wave
Blending Hatha yoga, somatic spinal movement, Polynesian-inspired gestures and intuitive flow, Ocean Flow invites the body to move in a way that mirrors the rhythm of the sea.
Rather than moving through rigid shapes, the practice explores fluid, wave-like patterns, allowing movement to ripple through the spine and body with softness and continuity.
Guided by breath and the imagery of water, the mind gradually shifts away from the busy, overthinking Red Mind state and into the calmer, more connected Blue Mind — the feeling many of us recognise when we are near the ocean.
Expect slow flowing movement, gentle strength and moments of stillness woven throughout.
A chance to slow down, move differently, and drop into that ocean-like state many of us don’t realise we’ve been missing.

Supporting Hormonal Change Through Yoga
Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect sleep, energy, mood, and the body’s overall sense of balance. This class offers a supportive yoga practice designed to help women move through this stage with more ease.

Through gentle strength, mindful movement, breath work, and restorative poses, we focus on improving circulation, supporting joint health, and creating space for deep rest and recovery.
The practice will also include self-guided acupressure points drawn from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to support energy flow, nourish the body, and help ease common symptoms such as fatigue, tension, and restlessness. Many TCM approaches to menopause focus on nourishing kidney and liver energy and calming the heart to support balance through hormonal change.

Expect a nurturing, accessible practice that leaves you feeling steadier, replenished, and restored.
Suitable for women in perimenopause, menopause, or anyone wanting a supportive, hormone-friendly practice.
