Kellie is a yoga teacher and ocean enthusiast whose classes are gentle, flowing and deeply restorative. Drawing on 30 year career in finance, she understands the value of slowing down and creating space for the body and mind to breathe. Rooted in breath-led, nervous system aware practices, Kellie guides students to move with ease, feel grounded and connect with their natural rhythm - like the ebb and flow of the sea she loves.
